目的:通过大鼠和家兔离体胃肠实验观察生槟榔及各种槟榔炮制品对胃肠平滑肌作用的差异。方法:通过大鼠胃底平滑肌及家兔十二指肠和回肠平滑肌的离体实验,测定不同槟榔炮制品作用下肌振幅、肌张力和振动频率的变化。结果:生槟榔组胃底、十二指肠、空肠平滑肌振幅明显减弱,肌条出现强直收缩状态,焦槟榔组、槟榔炭组胃底平滑肌张力与生槟榔组比较减小,振幅明显增强,与空白组比较有统计学意义(P<0.01),其中焦槟榔组作用最明显;各种槟榔炮制品组十二指肠与回肠张力明显降低,而收缩幅度比生槟榔增加,但与空白组比较均收缩幅度减小。结论:生槟榔对离体胃肠平滑肌可产生强直收缩作用,炮制后强直收缩作用减弱,促进胃底平滑肌收缩,以焦槟榔为佳;各炮制槟榔对肠道平滑肌可明显改善生槟榔的强直收缩作用。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of betel nut and various areca products on gastrointestinal smooth muscle in vitro and in vivo in rats and rabbits. Methods: The changes of muscle amplitude, muscle tone and vibrational frequency under different betel nut products were determined by in vitro experiments in gastric fundus and rabbit duodenum and ileum smooth muscle. Results: The amplitude of gastric smooth muscle in stomach, duodenum and jejunum of weanling group was significantly weakened and the muscle strands were contracted in an isotropic state. The gastric smooth muscle tension in the betel nut group and the betel nut group was significantly decreased compared with that in the betel nut group, (P <0.01), and the effect was the most obvious in the areca nut group. The tension of duodenum and ileum in the betel nut product group was obviously lower than that in the betel nut group (P <0.01) Shrinkage is reduced. CONCLUSION: The betel nut can produce the contractile effect on the isolated gastrointestinal smooth muscle. The contractile effect of the contractile force is weakened and the contractile effect of the smooth muscle of the gastric fundus is better. The betel nut is better for the smooth muscle of intestine and can significantly improve the tetanic contraction of betel nut effect.
