礼仪文书是指人们在各种不同的场合、根据不同的情况、遵循相应的民间习俗、人之常情所写的具有礼仪性质的应用文,它在人们的日常交往中起着重要的桥梁作用。正确运用各种礼仪文书,对融洽关系、实现人与人之间的交往目的,都具有极其重要的理论与现实的指导意义。
Etiquette instruments refer to etiquette applications written by people in different occasions and according to different customs and people’s normal conditions. They play an important bridging role in people’s daily interactions. Correct use of various etiquette instruments has an extremely important theoretical and practical significance for harmonious relations and the realization of the purpose of interpersonal communication.
