外表面带有粘性的微小生物扫描电镜样品比较容易制作,一些长度在0.1毫米以下而表面不带粘性的微小生物,例如血吸虫、钩虫的幼虫等,在取样制做扫描电镜样品过程中大家关心的一个问题就是如何防止样品流失。笔者为防止样品流失采用以下方法处理样品后。即可进行清洗、固定、干燥等常规操作,详见图1及操作说明。用不锈钢棒加工制作直径10毫米,高10毫米壁厚1毫米的园筒一只。上端再做一个活动盖子。筒底中央钻一3毫米直径的小孔,在小孔处固定一只直径3毫米400目左右的铜网。因铜网孔径很小,一般微小生物放入园筒内进行清洗、固定、脱水、干燥时不容易流失,而且园简可用镊子夹住在液体内上下左右晃动,将圆筒夹出容器(称
