目的:研究(n-3)PUFA 对微重力模型大鼠钙代谢的影响。方法:采用49只雄性 SD 大鼠随机分为5组:A 组(阳性对照)饲以10%玉米油,B、C、D 饲以三个剂量水平的鱼油(0.5%,1.5%或3.0%;分别为低、中、高剂量);以上四组为微重力模型组;E 组(阴性对照)饲以10%玉米油并处于正常重力条件下。结果:与微重力条件下摄入玉米油的阳性对照组相比较,中剂量鱼油组股骨最大抗压强度有显著的提高(P<0.01)并且血清 ALP 活性最高(P<0.05)。饲料中鱼油添加量越高,血清钙浓度越低。高剂量鱼油组血清 BGP 浓度有显著的增高(P<0.01),并接近正常重力的阴性对照组水平;并且钙吸收率达到最高。结论:以上结果显示(n-3)多不饱和脂肪酸对钙代谢具有良好作用,并可推测其对骨质疏松具有一定的预防作用。
AIM: To investigate the effect of (n-3) PUFA on calcium metabolism in rats with microgravity. Methods: Forty nine male Sprague-Dawley rats were randomly divided into five groups: group A (positive control) fed with 10% corn oil, B, C and D at three doses of fish oil (0.5%, 1.5% or 3.0% ; Low, medium and high doses respectively); the above four groups were the microgravity model group; the group E (negative control) was fed with 10% corn oil and under normal gravity conditions. RESULTS: Compared with the positive control group fed with corn oil under microgravity, the maximum compressive strength of femur was significantly increased (P <0.01) and the serum ALP activity was the highest (P <0.05). The higher the amount of fish oil in the feed, the lower the serum calcium concentration. Serum BGP concentrations in high-dose fish oil group were significantly increased (P <0.01), and close to the normal gravity level of the negative control group; and calcium uptake rate reached the highest. CONCLUSIONS: The above results show that (n-3) PUFAs have a good effect on calcium metabolism and may be presumed to have a preventive effect on osteoporosis.
