裂解色谱法及裂解装置一、裂解色谱法的特点将样品放在仔细选择并很好控制的条件下加热,使之迅速裂解成可挥发的小分子,并直接用气相色谱方法分离和鉴定这些裂解碎片,最后从裂片谱图的特征来推断样品的组成、结构和性质,此即裂解色谱方法(Pyyolysis Gas Chromatography,简称 PGC)。其流程如图1所示。由于裂解是一种化学反应过程,因此裂解色谱是研究高分子链结构的化学方法之一,它与红外光谱、核磁共振等物理方法在原理上有很大区别。

It is very different in principle from physical methods such as infrared spectroscopy and nuclear magnetic resonance.
