目的对某技术改造项目进行职业病危害预评价,探讨风险评估指数法在评价过程中的应用,以达到在该项目设计与施工过程中指导企业采取相应方法和措施,减少工作场所职业病危害因素对作业工人的影响。方法采用风险评估指数法对该项目可能产生职业病危害因素及拟采取的防护措施进行评价。结果该项目在初期评价指数为6和8,属于中度风险;在设计、施工和生产管理中采取相应的防护措施后评价指数为18和19,属于低度风险。结论该项目在采取了一定的防护和管理措施的情况下,可以减少发生职业病危害的风险。
Objective To pre-evaluate the occupational hazards of a technological transformation project and to explore the application of the risk assessment index method in the evaluation process in order to guide the enterprises to adopt corresponding methods and measures during the project design and construction so as to reduce the risk of occupational diseases in the workplace. The impact of workers. Methods The risk assessment index method was used to evaluate the potential occupational hazards and the proposed protective measures. Results The project had an initial evaluation index of 6 and 8, which belonged to moderate risk. After corresponding protective measures were adopted in design, construction and production management, the evaluation indices were 18 and 19, which were of low risk. Conclusion The project has taken certain measures of protection and management, which can reduce the risk of occupational hazards.
