目的:以泊洛沙姆(pluronic P123)为载体,制备了姜黄素pluronic P123共聚物胶囊,考察胶囊中姜黄素的体外释放特性。方法:采用薄膜水化法制备纳米胶囊,高效液相色谱法测定姜黄素的含量,动态透析法考察胶囊体外释药特性。结果:姜黄素pluronic P123共聚物胶囊的平均粒径为64.97 nm,包封率为71.74%,载药量为1.62%,体外释药规律符合weibull方程,显示胶囊的缓释效果良好。结论:以pluronic P123共聚物为载体,采用薄膜化水法制备pluronic P123共聚物胶囊,体外药物释放结果显示pluronic P123共聚物胶囊的缓释效果良好。
OBJECTIVE: To prepare curcumin pluronic P123 copolymer capsules by using pluronic P123 as carrier, and investigate the in vitro release characteristics of curcumin in capsules. Methods: The nanocapsules were prepared by the membrane hydration method. The content of curcumin was determined by high performance liquid chromatography. The in vitro release characteristics of the capsules were investigated by dynamic dialysis. Results: The average particle size of curcumin pluronic P123 copolymer capsule was 64.97 nm, the entrapment efficiency was 71.74% and the drug loading was 1.62%. The in vitro drug release was in line with the weibull equation, which showed that the capsule sustained release was good. CONCLUSION: The pluronic P123 copolymer capsule is prepared by the membrane water method using pluronic P123 copolymer as carrier. The in vitro drug release results show that the sustained release effect of pluronic P123 copolymer capsule is good.
