首次提出采用亮度不均校正的方案解决场发射平板显示器件中微尖阵列均匀性问题;建立了矩阵式平板显示器件亮度非均匀性校正的物理模型,并近似成相应的数学模型;给出了校正参量的优化算法,计算得到了由亮度非均匀性决定的显示器件的成品率与非均匀调制特性标准差的关系.
It is the first time to propose a scheme of uneven brightness correction to solve the problem of uniformity of microtie arrays in field emission flat panel display devices. A physical model of brightness nonuniformity correction of matrix flat panel display devices is established and approximated into the corresponding mathematical model. Correction parameters of the optimization algorithm, calculated by the luminance non-uniformity of the display device yield and non-uniform modulation characteristics of the standard deviation.
