目的探讨精浆免疫抑制物质(SPIM)对小鼠免疫功能的影响方法从正常男性精液中提取精浆免疫抑制物质.从BALB/C雄性小鼠收集腹腔巨噬细胞(M).通过M-EA花环试验和M—YC花环试验观察SPIM不同剂量及不同作用时间对小鼠腹腔M表面的Fc受体(FcR)和C3b受体(C3bR的影响.结果SPIM作用24h,小鼠腹腔MEA和YC花环形成率分别为42±4.63和40±5.39,而72h分别为74±7.96和59±3.43.SPIMI150μg组的EA和YC花环形成率分别为42±1.72和39±2.65,对照组则为70±2.13和72±2.87.结论SPIM对小鼠腹腔M的FcR和C3bR的抑制作用有剂量依赖关系,并且以作用24h后其抑制作用达到高峰。
Objective To investigate the effect of immunosuppressant (SPIM) on immune function in mice.Methods Seminal plasma immunosuppressive substances were extracted from normal male semen. Peritoneal macrophages (M) were harvested from BALB / C male mice. The effect of SPIM at different doses and different time on the Fc receptor (FcR) and C3b receptor (C3bR) in the peritoneal M surface was observed by M-EA rosette test and M-YC rosette test.Results The effect of SPIM on the abdominal cavity The formation rates of MEA and YC rosette were 42 ± 4.63 and 40 ± 5.39, respectively, while those in 72 h were 74 ± 7.96 and 59 ± 3.43, respectively.The rates of formation of EA and YC rosette in SPIMI 150 μg group were 42 ± 1 .72 and 39 ± 2.65 in the control group and 70 ± 2.13 and 72 ± 2.87 in the control group.Conclusion SPIM can inhibit the FcR and C3bR of M in mice in a dose-dependent manner, and after 24h Inhibition peaked.
