民校在小忙时期结合生产的一些体验

当春耕生产到来的时候,宜兴县有部份民校没有做到服从生产,及时地改变学习形式,以致产生民校学习影响生产的现象。经过县文教科召开社教扩大会议研究学习结合生产的办法,才开始批转这个偏向,并得出一些在小忙时期结合生产的体验。夏收夏种中,民校主动放了假。现在已进入夏收夏种后的复课阶段。为此我把宜兴县屺亭等十二个乡的民校在小忙时期给合生产的一些体验介绍在这里,供民校做好复课工作的参考。在学习组织上,要根据生产组织和生产对象,适当采取集中或分散的形式。根据十二个乡的调查,凡是一个民校就是一个或二个互助组组员的,成者学员中妇女占多数的,或者非主要劳动力占多数的,或者单干户占多数的,或者学员是靠近市镇以出卖蔬菜为主要生活来源的,都可以在民校集中学习。如果参加民校的是好几个互助组中的部份组员,但民校原有基础比较好,也可以集中学习。如果民校基础平常,那就还是以互助组为单位,分小组进行分散学习为宜。在学习时间上,要根据学习组织和生产组织的结合情况来决定。民校学员就是一个或二个互助组组员,他们的学习和会议有条件结合在一起,可以天天上课。民校学员单干户多, When the spring planting production came, Yixing County, some of the civilian schools did not do to obey the production, timely changes in learning forms, resulting in civilian schools to affect the production of the phenomenon.
