1984年12月9日,我部给85年度兵接种卡介苗,发生1例迟发型过敏反应,现报告如下: 患者吴××,男18岁,本部火箭炮连新战士。 9日上午9时20分,见结核菌素皮试阴性,即常规于左上臂三角肌外缘皮内接种卡介苗0.5ml。接种前无任何禁忌症,接种毕无任何不良反应。并继续参加新兵连正常训练。中午12时15分,患者突然感觉面部及双上肢麻木,继之出现剧烈头晕,全腹绞痛。连队战士急送本营卫生所诊治,因诊断不明,随即背送来卫生队急诊。
