对新型变振幅等厚筛6 mm筛分作业的激振参数进行研究,探究各参数之间的交互作用。结果表明:激振频率42.5 Hz、激振力比值1.22以及激振横梁跨距占比45%时,筛分效果分别达到最佳;激振力比与横梁跨距占比的交互作用明显,对筛分效果影响程度较大,其次为激振频率与横梁跨距占比的交互作用,激振频率与激振力比组合对筛分效果影响最小。
The exciting parameters of the new 6 mm screening operation with variable amplitude and thick sieve were studied to explore the interaction between the parameters. The results show that the screening effect reaches the best when the exciting frequency is 42.5 Hz, the exciting force ratio is 1.22 and the span of the excitation beam is 45% respectively. The interaction between the exciting force ratio and the beam span ratio is obvious. The influence of screening effect is larger, followed by the interaction of excitation frequency and beam span ratio, and the combination of excitation frequency and exciting force has the least effect on the screening effect.
