加强京津冀地区科技园区合作,充分发挥中关村科技园的示范引领、辐射带动作用,对于构建京津冀协同创新共同体意义重大。随着京津冀协同发展的深入推进,科技园区合作也在不断深化,但目前尚处于结合程度低、关联互动少、资源配置和产业布局不统一的初期阶段。当前,要以天津滨海—中关村科技园为突破口,探索实施“一区多园”的发展模式,破除体制机制障碍,提升科技园区合作 Strengthening cooperation in science and technology parks in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region and giving full play to the demonstration-leading and radiation-driven role of the Zhongguancun Science Park are of great significance to building a coordinated innovation community in Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei.
