近年来,虽然人们从经济角度对经济杠杆的某些方面进行了探索,但是并没有一门学科从经济角度对经济杠杆的总体进行系统的研究。随着经济体制改革的深化,国家管理经济由直接的行政管理转变为以经济手段的间接管理,有必要进一步研究并建立经济杠杆系统学这门学科。
