血清甲状腺激素水平对于急性高血压性脑出血预后的影响,国内报道较少。本文报道24例急性高血压性脑出血患者的血清甲状腺激素水平,并对其预后的关系进行初步讨论。资料与方法一、对象:本院神经科1989年元月~8月间住院患者,共24例,其中男15例,女9例,年龄45~72岁,平均62.5岁。全部病例均经CT证实。其中基底节出血22例。桥脑出血1例,脑室出血1例,既往均无甲状腺疾病史。以24例正常人做对照。男13例,女11例。年龄33~62岁,平均46.5岁。所有检测
Serum thyroid hormone levels for the prognosis of acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, less reported in China. This article reports the serum thyroid hormone levels in 24 patients with acute hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage, and the preliminary discussion on the relationship between the prognosis. Materials and Methods First, the object: Our hospital neurology from January to August 1989 inpatients, a total of 24 cases, including 15 males and 9 females, aged 45 to 72 years, an average of 62.5 years.
