一、前言在动态位移和振动的测定方法中,最一般的是使用电气、光学位移传感器。它的种类和性能的发展是惊人的。但是多数限于对特定点的测定,在进行表面单位测量时,无法用多点测量代替,因而需要很长的测试时间。为了弥补这个缺点,最近利用全息干涉的外表面位移测定法已引起重视。在此,作者将全息干涉的应用例子和试验的结果作一介绍以供参考。
I. Introduction In the dynamic displacement and vibration measurement methods, the most common is the use of electrical and optical displacement sensor. The development of its kind and performance is amazing. However, most of them are limited to the measurement of a specific point, which can not be replaced by multi-point measurement during surface unit measurement, and thus requires a long testing time. To compensate for this shortcoming, the recent use of holographic interference with the surface displacement measurement has drawn great attention. Here, the author introduces the application examples of holographic interference and the test results for reference.
