一、东营港经济开发区基本情况东营港经济开发区是2006年经山东省政府批准建设的省级经济开发区。开发区党工委、管委会为东营市党委政府的派出机构。目前,党工委书记由市委常委兼任,管委会主任由河口区区长兼任,另外设主持日常工作的常务副主任,内设党政办公室、经济发展局等11个部门,同时有公安分局、地税分局、国税分局、国土分局等13个派出部门;配套东营港联检机构有东营海关、出入境检验检疫局、边防检查站、东营海事处 I.
