近两年,我们根据早熟辣椒在高温季节再生能力较强的特点,进行再生栽培,于8月下旬修剪,促使9~10月份再次座果。一般全生育期亩产达千斤左右,产值500元以上,并可延续到春节上市红椒,其栽培技术如下: 一、适时适量修剪 修剪以8月中、下旬为宜,过早,时值高温季节,易引起落花落果;过迟,则新枝不能开花座果。修剪的方法是:剪去三杈以上枝叶及弱枝、枯枝。但修剪不能过量,以免影响新枝再生,降低座果率。修剪宜选择睛天上午9时左右为宜,保证伤口当天愈合,以减少病菌侵入。
