2013年8月30日,湖北省社区民族团结进步创建活动现场会暨宣传教育月活动启动仪式在武汉市举行。省民宗委主任柳望春在启动仪式上讲话。省民宗委副主任蔡德坤,武汉市委常委、常务副市长贾耀斌,市民宗委主任王献良,副主任夏铭出席启动仪式。武汉市、宜昌市、襄阳市、黄冈市等民宗部门在启动仪式上作经验交流发言。湖北省第五个民族团结进步宣传教育月活动主题是认真贯彻落实习近平总书记视察湖北时的讲话精神和全国政协副主席、国家民委主任王正伟在湖北考察民族工作时的有关要求,深入推广武汉市社区民族团结进步创建活动的经验和做法,打牢城市民族工作基础,进一步推动全省民族团结进步创建活动全面深入开展。
