当今富有战略眼光的企业家们不仅重视产品的质量与销售,更注意企业形象的创立。作为企业的无形资产,企业在公众心目中的形象以及人们对它的认可程度,决定着一个企业的发展前途。为此,不少企业在下大气力对产品进行开发的同时,也不惜花费重金对企业的形象进行精心设计、创立,由此产生了一批诸如索尼、日立、IBM等世界著名的企业。这些著名企业的成功与其说是经营运作的成功,不如说是企业文化和企业形象创立的成功。
