广东省惠阳市马安镇上寮村委会鹧鸪岗村民小组长赖坤昌,十多年带领群众致富,鹧鸪岗由昔日全镇最穷的村民小组变成最富的村民小组,集体年收入达30万元,村民人均年收入由1990年前的不足1000元上升至现在的4000元,村民年年有分红。2000年,市纪委却收到一封举报信,控告他贪污公款。
