阐述了汽车发动机电控冷却器压铸件不锈钢油管内镶嵌件的结构、定位及工艺过程控制。其要点是,在油管接头上预先按图纸尺寸要求钻攻底孔、攻牙及铣面,同时做出与之配合的镀锌螺栓接头,装配后(将螺栓接头旋入油管接头内,成为油管总成,再放到压铸模上)通过与模具上的限位镶块精确定位,从而实现铸件压铸后油管接头位置度及接头端面的距离尺寸不变的目的。压铸结束后拆除可循环利用的螺栓接头,镀锌接头涂层防止了高温下因油污引起的生锈,满足了产品的清洁度要求。
