大力发扬社会主义民主,增强职工的主人翁责任感,不仅能促进经济体制改革的顺利实现,也是当前调动广大职工群众积极性的重要途径。因此,研究关于增强职工主人翁责任感的问题有着现实意义。一、企业领导者的权威与劳动者主人翁地位的关系在社会主义条件下,企业领导者的权威同劳动者的主人翁地位是统一的,这种统一的关系可以从以下两方面来认识:
