以广西壮族自治区6个天然种群的火力楠(Michelia macclurei Dandy)种子为试材,采用同步育苗与观察虫害发生和测定害虫对火力楠苗木活体挥发物及鲜叶剪碎片触角电位反应的方法,研究统帅青凤蝶(Graphium agamemnon(Linnaeus))对火力楠不同种群苗木危害的差异和统帅青凤蝶成虫对火力楠的电位反应。结果表明:6个天然种群的火力楠苗木均受统帅青凤蝶危害,受危害苗木株数和统帅青凤蝶幼虫数量、不同县部分种群间和同一个县内不同乡镇种群间有显著差异,但同一个乡镇内不同种群间尚未发现显著差异。统帅青凤蝶雌、雄成虫均对6个火力楠种群苗木活体挥发物和鲜叶剪碎片无EAG反应。
Taking Michelia macclurei Dandy seeds from 6 natural populations of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region as test materials, the simultaneous seedling growth and pest occurrence were observed and the responses of pests to the volatiles of live V. chinensis seedlings and the antennal potential responses of fresh leaf cuttings were studied. Difference of Injury of Seedlings of Graphium agamemnon (Linnaeus) to Different Population of Firebird and Potential Response of Adult Marshled Butterfly (Balsamon) Butterfly to Firebird by Fire. The results showed that the firewood seedlings of six natural populations were all endangered by the commander butterfly population, the numbers of the threatened seedlings and the larvae of the commander butterflies were significantly different among the populations in different counties and among the different townships in the same county. However, No significant differences have been found between different populations in the same township. Marshal Gaillard female and male adults all had no EAG response to live volatiles and fresh leaf shearing fragments of 6 S. lanceolata seedlings.
