电气自动化专业是改革改革开放后,伴随着我国工业化的发展进程应运而生的。尤其是近几年,我国产业升级转型速度进一步加快,对于具有较高电气自动化理论知识和较强实践能力的应用型电气自动化人才需求更趋强烈。在这样一个大的社会需求背景下,作为电气自动化专业人才培养的重要主体的各级各类高职院校如何结合专业特点、目标就业岗位需求,及专业学生认知成长规律,通过科学、系统的教学改革与实践,确保和提升专业人才培养质量,满足行业企业与科研院所对于电气自动化专业人才的需求,更好地服务经济社会发展,实现高职院校办学与经济社会发展良性互动,是举办电气自动化专业的高职院校的发展机遇与不能回避的挑战。
