BIM(Building Information Modeling),意为建筑信息模型,是以建筑的各项相关信息数据为基础构建的“可视化”建筑模型,模拟建筑物的真实信息,为建筑师、结构工程师设备工程师乃至用户搭建了一座模拟和分析的协作平台,帮助其对项目进行设计、建造及运营管理。BIM技术可用于分析采光、能源效率和可持续性材料等建筑性能,计算日照模拟风环境,为建筑设计的“绿色探索”注入高科技力量。在实现绿色设计方面,BIM优势明显。本期特邀辽宁省建筑设计研究院绿色建筑设计研究所所长谢春清
