背景腰宝袋又名弥伤蠲浊强腰袋,是以弥伤蠲浊、强腰益肾为主要功效的保健性治疗药袋。目的仿皮肤给药途径观察腰宝袋内装药物的镇痛作用。设计随机对照实验研究。地点和对象实验在解放军第四军医大学唐都医院完成,对象为昆明种小白鼠72只,雄性54只,雌性18只,体质量(20±2)g,由陕西省药品检验所动物室提供。干预热板法用小白鼠36只,雌性;扭体法用小白鼠36只,雌雄各半。两法分别按随机数字表法分为“腰宝”给药组、阴性对照(自来水)组、阳性对照(安乃近)组。分别用热板法、扭体法检测腰宝袋内装药物对小鼠的痛阈值和扭体次数的影响。主要观察指标各组小白鼠给药后痛阈值和扭体次数。结果“腰宝”给药组用药后痛阈为(32.4±9.4)s,显著高于对照组[(16.7±4.3)s](t=5.25,P<0.01),扭体次数为(13.9±5.2)次/15min较对照组[(29.0±11.2)次/15min]显著降低(t=4.24,P<0.01),但不及灌胃给药的安乃近组。结论腰宝袋内装药物皮肤外用具有较强的镇痛作用。
The background waist bag, also known as the turbidity and strong waist bag, is a health-care therapeutic bag that mainly affects phlegm, strong waist and kidney. Objective To observe the analgesic effect of drug contained in Yaobaobao by imitating skin administration route. Design randomized controlled experimental studies. The place and object experiments were performed at the Tangdu Hospital of the Fourth Military Medical University of the Chinese People’s Liberation Army. The target was 72 Kunming mice, 54 males, 18 females, and 18 females with a body weight of (20±2) g provided by the Animal Laboratory of the Shaanxi Provincial Institute for Drug Control. . Thirty-six mice were used to intervene in the hot plate method, and females were used. Thirty-six mice were used in the writhing method, half male and half female. The two methods were divided into the “Loubao” group, the negative control (tap water) group, and the positive control (Anaijin) group according to the random number table method. The effects of waist-bag internal medicine on the pain threshold and writhing frequency of mice were detected by hot plate method and writhing method, respectively. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES Pain threshold and writhing frequency after administration of mice in each group. Results The pain threshold was (32.4±9.4) s after administration in “Tangbao” group, which was significantly higher than that in the control group [(16.7±4.3) s] (t=5.25, P<0.01). The number of writhing was (13.9±) 5.2)/15 min was significantly lower than that in the control group [(29.0±11.2) times/15 min] (t=4.24, P<0.01), but less than that of the intragastric administration of the metamizole group. [Conclusion] The external application of Yao Baobao internal medicine has strong analgesic effect.
