在科学技术迅猛发展的今天,知识更新在发展科技工作中占有极其重要的位置,其中需要不断地引进国外的先进医疗技术,与国外进行广泛的合作与交流,是加快综合性医院医疗技术水平迅速提高的手段之一。作为国家三级甲等大型综合性医院,就势必要求广大医务人员应具备有良好的外语水平,借助外语这门工具,不断了解和掌握国外最新医学进展,并将这些新理论、新知识、新方法、新技术付之实践,以促进医院整体水平的提高。近几年来,我院把对在职医务人员的外语培训工作作为培养造就医院优秀人才的重要内容,纳入了每年的年度计划,经多年的努力,取得了一定成效,对医院的发展起到了促进作用。现将我们的做法和体会作一总结。 Today, with the rapid development of science and technology, knowledge renewal plays an extremely important role in the development of science and technology.
