11月1日,《公路工程造价管理暂行办法》正式施行,为公路工程造价提供了制度保障。在《办法》施行以前,为规范公路工程造价管理工作,各省(区、市.)以本地实际需求为导向,分别制定了一些地方造价管理制度,其中不乏可借鉴、可参考的经验,比如,广东、云南、福建、贵州四省分别从造价全过程管理、规章制度建设、信用管理以及数据管理等方面规范了造价管理制度,并在实践中取得了显著成效。
November 1, “Interim Measures for Highway Engineering Cost Management” formally implemented for the highway project cost provided a system guarantee. Before the implementation of Measures, in order to standardize the cost management of highway projects, each province (autonomous region, municipality and municipality) has formulated some local cost management systems based on the actual local demand, many of which can learn from and consult the experience. For example, Guangdong, Yunnan, Fujian and Guizhou provinces, respectively, regulated the cost management system in terms of cost management, rules and regulations, credit management and data management, and achieved remarkable results in practice.
