[目的]了解我校大学生结核病的发病情况,为制定结核病防控措施提供科学依据。[方法]对西安石油大学大学生2001~2008年结核病疫情资料进行描述流行病学分析。[结果]我校大学生结核发病率控制在129.23/~46.32/10万;结核病人男女性别比为2.2︰1;农村户口病例是城市户口病例的4.7倍;发病年龄18~24岁;大一、大四学生占总病例数的39.71%和36.77%;所有病例规范治疗均痊愈。[结论]为了控制发病,采取了把好体检关;加强监测发现病例;治疗和管理病人等措施。
[Objective] To understand the incidence of tuberculosis among undergraduates in our university and provide a scientific basis for making prevention and control measures of tuberculosis. [Method] Epidemiological analysis of tuberculosis epidemic data of undergraduates in Xi’an Shiyou University from 2001 to 2008 was conducted. [Results] The incidence of tuberculosis among college students in our university was controlled at 129.23 / ~ 46.32 / 100,000; the sex ratio of tuberculosis patients was 2.2︰1; in rural areas, the number of cases was 4.7 times of that in urban areas; the age of onset was 18-24 years old; Senior students accounted for 39.71% of the total number of cases and 36.77%; all cases of standard treatment were cured. [Conclusion] In order to control the disease, we took good physical examination, intensified monitoring of cases found, treatment and management of patients.
