“新课程是一个动态化的生成过程。”教材承载着的知识、情感,需要教师、学生和文本之间进行交流、对话、体验来获得。学生必须参与到文本对话中来,否则有效教学的目标无法实现。参与是课程实施的核心……冷静审视今天的语文教学,应试的痕迹依然深刻,学生参与学习的积极性不够高。本文结合自己“对话”教学实践,分析了传统语文教学妨碍学生参与对话的主要因素。阐述了四方面对策,提高学生参与文本对话的面:处理好教师活动与学生活动,群体活动与个体活动的关系,为学生提供足够的个体活动时间;处理好认知和情感关系,拨动学生的情弦,让参与文本对话成为一种自我需要、追求的过程;精选内容有效设问,促发学生个性思考解读,深入有效地开展课堂讨论;根据不同的学习基础及认知、情感、思维等方面的差异,在文本对话中努力实施分层学习……
