随着国际旅游岛经济建设的大力推进,海南社会事业也亟需加快发展。海南少数民族众多,民族地区经济、社会事业等发展滞后,需要更多、更专业的民族社会工作人才介入。加强海南民族社会工作人才队伍建设具有多方面的必要性,根据海南民族社会工作人才队伍建设的现状,必须采取有效的对策,进行积极应对,以促进和谐国际旅游岛建设。
With the vigorous promotion of the economic construction of the international tourism island, social undertakings in Hainan also urgently need to accelerate their development. Due to the large number of ethnic minorities in Hainan, the development of economy and social undertakings in ethnic areas lags behind and more and more specialized ethnic and social workers are required to intervene. In order to strengthen the construction of Hainan nationality social workforce, according to the current situation of Hainan nationality social workforce construction, we must take effective countermeasures to actively respond to the construction of harmonious international tourism island.
