中国企业从OEM向ODM和OBM转型已经成为必然趋势,ODM和OBM分别位于微笑曲线的两端,也是企业发展的两个方向。本文通过论述企业在向ODM、OBM转型过程中设计创新所起到的重要作用,分析了设计创新在不同的产业升级阶段所对应的不同表现内容,最终得出结论为,无论是ODM还是OBM阶段,设计创新都是企业在产业升级过程中的关键要素。
Chinese enterprises from OEM to ODM and OBM transformation has become an inevitable trend, ODM and OBM are located at both ends of the smile curve, but also the two directions for business development. By discussing the important role that enterprises play in the design innovation in the process of transforming ODM and OBM, this paper analyzes the different performance contents of design innovation in different stages of industrial upgrading and concludes that, whether ODM or OBM stage , Design innovation is the key factor in the process of industrial upgrading.
