Invited by the Chancellor of Germany Merkel， Chi Fulin， President of Chinese Reform and Development Research Institute， also President of Chinese Reform Think Tank， attended the International German Forum held at the German Chancellery on June 5.
　　Merkel exchanged views with Chi Fulin after the conference. Chi Fulin gave Merkel an English version of A Full Record of China’s Reform and Opening （1978—2012） published by China Intercontinental Press as a present and took a photo with her.
　　Both the Chinese and English editions of A Full Record of China’s Reform and Opening （1978—2012） were published by China Intercontinental Press. Compiled mainly by Chi Fulin， this book records many major and true events occurring in China since Reform and Opening policy and shows objectively the great changes taking place in various times and fields of China， with a form of colorful graphics chronicle and a clue of China’s tough but magnificent experience since the Reform and Opening policy. It is really the most worthwhile book on China’s Reform and Opening policy.
