对沙棘雌雄株光合与呼吸以及氨基酸含量等方面进行了比较研究。结果看出,雄株的光合、呼吸、叶片持水力和生长势均高于雌株,其蛋白质、可溶性糖和氨基酸含量也有同样趋势,而雌株的过氧化物同工酶谱带比雄株多一条谱带。
Photosynthesis and respiration of the male and female plants of Hippophae rhamnoides and their amino acid contents were compared. The results showed that male plant photosynthesis, respiration, leaf water holding capacity and growth potential were higher than the female plant, the protein, soluble sugar and amino acid content also have the same trend, while the female plant peroxidase isozyme bands than the male One more band.
