针对多翼离心通风机建立全流场整机模型,采用计算流体动力学方法对其在设计工况下的内部三维流场进行了定常数值模拟,揭示了其内流场的基本特征,通过试验验证了数值方法的可靠性,并预测了多翼离心风机的多工况性能。
A full-flow whole-machine model was established for the multi-blade centrifugal ventilator. The CFD simulations of the internal three-dimensional flow field under design conditions were carried out by computational fluid dynamics (CFD). The basic characteristics of the internal flow field were revealed. The reliability of the numerical method is verified, and the multi-blade centrifugal fan performance is predicted.
