针对太平湾电厂朝鲜电网频率波动较大的特殊性,介绍了具有跟踪大范围频率变化功能的发变组保护装置在太平湾发电厂朝鲜电网4号机变组上的应用情况,首先阐明频率变化对保护装置的影响和保护装置采用的频率自适应算法,然后列举装置采样数据和阻抗元件在不同频率下的动作特性,证明保护装置在朝鲜电网频率大范围波动时,其采样值和动作值偏差在允许误差范围之内,可以很好地跟踪电网频率的变化,能够在电网中稳定运行。
Aiming at the peculiarity of large frequency fluctuation of North Korea power grid in Taipingwan power plant, the application of the generator transformer protection device with tracking large range of frequency variation in North Korea Power Grid Unit 4 of Taiping Bay power plant is introduced. Firstly, The influence of the protection device and the adaptive algorithm of the frequency used by the protection device are listed. Then the operation characteristics of the sampled data and the impedance component of the device at different frequencies are listed. It is proved that the deviation of the sampled value and the action value of the protection device fluctuates in the range of North Korea grid frequency Within the allowable error range, it can well track the change of the grid frequency and can operate stably in the grid.
