为明确大蒜头采苔后的膨大情况及干物质充实程度,以此制定鲜嫩蒜和干蒜的适宜收获期,我们以“岷眉大蒜”类型之一“小梳牙”作供试材料,进行了初步考查研究。在采苔盛期将同时采苔后的大蒜作为标记,每5天考查1次,共6次25天,每次取样30株,去苔,去根,去外皮,使其洁白无泥。然后考查鲜重,直径和自然阴干重。其结果:大蒜头在采苔后的膨大大致经历迅速膨大——稳定——缓慢下降——再稳定几个阶段。以采苔后10天膨大最为迅速,膨大特点是小蒜头减少,大蒜头增加,蒜
