目的:探讨益气活血片对脑卒中前状态内皮细胞黏附分子表达的影响。方法:采用双肾双夹法建立肾血管性高血压大鼠模型;治疗组给予益气活血片,对照组给予阿司匹林,模型组及空白组给予蒸馏水喂养;采用免疫组化检测血管细胞黏附分子-1、细胞间黏附分子-1和P-选择素水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组血压较治疗前低(P<0.05);治疗组大鼠血管内皮细胞黏附分子水平低于对照组和模型组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。结论:长期持续的高血压损害了大鼠脑血管内皮细胞的调控功能,益气活血片能有效改善血压水平,降低脑血管内皮细胞黏附分子的表达,抑制黏附反应,对脑卒中有预防作用。
Objective: To investigate the effect of Yiqi Huoxue Tablet on the expression of endothelial cell adhesion molecules in pre-stroke state. Methods: Renal vascular hypertensive rat model was established by double-kidney double-clip method. The treatment group was treated with Yiqi Huoxue Tablet, the control group was given aspirin, the model group and the blank group were fed with distilled water. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of vascular cell adhesion molecule- 1, intercellular adhesion molecule-1 and P-selectin levels. Results: After treatment, the blood pressure of treatment group was lower than that before treatment (P <0.05). The level of vascular endothelial cell adhesion molecule in treatment group was lower than that in control group and model group (P <0.05). The difference was statistically significant. CONCLUSION: Long-term persistent high blood pressure impairs the regulation function of rat cerebral vascular endothelial cells. Yiqi Huoxue Tablet can effectively improve blood pressure, reduce the expression of adhesion molecules in cerebrovascular endothelial cells, inhibit the adhesion reaction and prevent the stroke.
