目的:研究光叶菝葜乙酸乙酯部位对免疫功能的调节作用。方法:运用小鼠迟发型超敏反应(delayed-type hypersensitivity,DTH)试验、小鼠体液免疫功能测定试验及小鼠碳粒廓清试验来研究贵州产光叶菝葜乙酸乙酯部位对小鼠非特异性免疫、体液免疫和细胞免疫的调节作用。结果:在小鼠DTH试验中,不同剂量0.15g/kg、0.30g/kg、0.60g/kg光叶菝葜乙酸乙酯部位能够减轻小鼠DTH反应所致耳廓肿胀度;光叶菝葜乙酸乙酯部位不同剂量0.15g/kg、0.30g/kg、0.60g/kg对脾脏指数均有降低,而对于胸腺指数,仅有0.15g/kg剂量组有统计学意义;在小鼠体液免疫功能测定试验中,光叶菝葜乙酸乙酯部位不同剂量0.15g/kg、0.30g/kg、0.60g/kg血清溶血素水平均降低,但无显著性差异;在小鼠碳粒廓清试验中,光叶菝葜乙酸乙酯部位不同剂量组对小鼠的廓清指数、吞噬指数、脾脏指数、胸腺指数均降低。结论:贵州产光叶菝葜乙酸乙酯部位对T介导的细胞免疫有抑制作用,而对体液免疫和非特异性免疫无明显抑制作用。
OBJECTIVE: To study the regulation of immune function by ethyl acetate fraction of Radix angustifolia. Results: In mice DTH test, different doses of 0.15g / kg, 0.30g / kg, 0.60g / kg Erythromyx gmelini ethyl acetate can reduce the auricle swelling caused by DTH; The indexes of spleen decreased with the doses of 0.15g / kg, 0.30g / kg and 0.60g / kg for ethyl acetate, but only 0.15g / kg for thymus index. In humoral immunity of mice In the function test, the levels of ethyl acetate in the leaves of R. glauca were 0.15g / kg, 0.30g / kg and 0.60g / kg respectively, but there was no significant difference. In the carbon clearance test of mice The clearance index, phagocytic index, spleen index and thymus index of mice in different doses of ethyl acetate fraction were decreased. CONCLUSION: Ethyl acetate fraction from the light-producing leaves in Guizhou has an inhibitory effect on T-mediated cellular immunity and no significant inhibitory effect on humoral and non-specific immunity.
