目的 :研究细胞间粘附分子 1(ICAM 1)在原发性肝癌的临床意义。方法 :以免疫组化方法结合全自动图像分析检测ICAM 1在 30例原发性肝癌组织及 6例正常肝组织的表达 ,分析其与肿瘤分化程度、大小及转移之间的关系。结果 :30例原发性肝癌组织 2 5例ICAM 1表达阳性 (阳性率 83.3% ) ,肝癌组织中ICAM 1含量明显高于正常肝组织 (P <0 .0 1) ,转移组肝癌中ICAM 1含量明显高于无转移组 (P <0 .0 1) ,而与年龄、性别、肿瘤大小、分化程度无关。结论 :原发性肝癌组织高度表达ICAM 1,检测ICAM 1有可能作为预测肝癌转移状态的一个指标。
Objective: To study the clinical significance of intercellular adhesion molecule 1 (ICAM 1) in primary liver cancer. Methods: The expression of ICAM 1 in 30 cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma and 6 cases of normal hepatic tissue was detected by immunohistochemical method combined with automatic image analysis. The relationship between ICAM 1 and tumor differentiation, size and metastasis was analyzed. Results: Thirty-five cases of primary hepatocellular carcinoma were positive for ICAM 1 in 25 cases (positive rate 83.3%). The content of ICAM 1 in hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly higher than that in normal liver tissue (P < 0.01). ICAM 1 in metastatic liver cancer. The content was significantly higher than that of the non-metastasis group (P < 0.01), but not with age, gender, tumor size, or degree of differentiation. Conclusion: The high expression of ICAM-1 in primary hepatocellular carcinoma may be used as an index to predict the metastasis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
