吉林省长春市朝阳区双德乡党委书记李贵血,上任没几年就把一个没有名分的乡建设成为拥有几十亿资产的全省第一乡。这个乡被人们称为关东的华西村,这位土生土长的朝鲜族农民干部被人们称为脊梁人,他把自己当做骨架,把农民比作自己的血肉。上任第一天,他就为自己立下誓言:“第一,三年内要争创全省第一乡,否则自动离职;第二,要让老百姓生活得到改善,否则自动辞职。”随后,他提出了苦战奋斗的双德精神:
