采用四球试验机研究了4种pH值调节剂[三乙醇胺(TEA)、一乙醇胺(MEA)、二乙醇胺(DEA)以及NaOH]对水溶性抗磨剂(ZP-4)摩擦学性能的影响,并对其抗磨作用机制进行了初步探讨。结果表明,pH值调节剂自身碱性的大小对抗磨剂性能影响很大,碱性越强,抗磨性能越差;碱性最小的TEA对ZP-4的抗磨性能有优良的协同增效作用
The effects of four pH regulators (TEA, MEA, DEA and NaOH) on the tribological properties of water-soluble antiwear agent (ZP-4) were investigated using a four-ball testing machine. And its anti-wear mechanism of a preliminary study. The results showed that the basicity of pH adjusting agent had a great influence on the performance of antiwear agent. The stronger the basicity was, the worse the antiwear property was. The least alkaline TEA had excellent synergistic effect on the antiwear performance of ZP-4 effect
