酒店管理专业人才近来需求呈上升趋势,提高该专业的学生整体素养,为社会塑造一批有文化、懂礼仪的优秀人才是我们的一项重要任务。在酒店管理专业的学生中开展茶艺教学,既能弘扬民族文化,传承中华茶艺,又能使学生在恬静优美的茶艺教学中修心养性,提高整体素质。本文结合教学实践,有针对性地提出了酒店管理专业学生茶艺教学设计的一些思路,供业内人士参考。
Recently, the demand for hotel management professionals has been on the rise. It is an important task for us to create a batch of outstanding talents with culture and etiquette for the society as a whole. In the hotel management professional students to carry out teaching tea, not only carry forward the national culture, inheritance of Chinese tea, but also enable students to quiet and graceful tea teaching spiritual care, improve the overall quality. In this paper, teaching practice, targeted to put forward the hotel management professional tea teaching design ideas for the industry reference.
