采用培养皿法研究了偃麦草属 3种植物种子萌发时期的耐盐性 ,采用盆栽育苗法研究了长穗偃麦草出苗和生长时期的耐盐性。结果表明 ,毛偃麦草和长穗偃麦草种子的耐盐性基本一致 ,并且 2者明显强于偃麦草。长穗偃麦草幼苗能够在 1%盐浓度的环境中生长
The salt tolerance of the three species of Agropyron was studied at the germinating stage by using the culture dish method. The potted seedling culture was used to study the salt tolerance of Agropyron elongatum during its emergence and growth. The results showed that the salt tolerance of the seeds of Thinopyrum and Thinopyi were basically the same, and the two were significantly stronger than the ones of Thinopyrum. Thinopyi elongatum seedlings are able to grow in a 1% salt concentration environment
