用小鼠骨髓多染红细胞和人外周血淋巴细胞的微核试验,评价了氦氖激光常用治疗剂量下的细胞遗传效应。雌性小鼠单独受激光照射或先腹腔注射10 mg/kg血卟啉衍生物(简称HPD)后再照射。激光受试的最大剂量为80 mW。结果表明,即使在最大剂量组并给予血卟啉衍生物,受试组与对照组的微核率无明显差别。
Micronucleus tests of polychromatic erythrocytes from mouse bone marrow and human peripheral blood lymphocytes were used to evaluate the cytogenetic effects of holmium lasers at the usual therapeutic doses. Female mice were exposed to laser light alone or intraperitoneal injection of 10 mg/kg hematoporphyrin derivative (HPD) before irradiation. The maximum dose tested by the laser is 80 mW. The results showed that even in the maximal dose group given hematoporphyrin derivative, there was no significant difference in the micronucleus rate between the test group and the control group.
