目的:探讨复方玫瑰胶囊对家兔心肌缺血—再灌注损伤的保护作用。方法:以家兔血清中GSH-PX、H2O2为指标进行实验观察。结果:复方玫瑰胶囊对心肌缺血—再灌注损伤家兔血清中GSH-PX的升高与H2O2的降低有非常显著作用(P<0.01)。结论:复方玫瑰胶囊通过对GSH-PX与H2O2含量的影响,对心肌缺血再灌注损伤有保护作用。
Objective: To investigate the protective effect of compound rose capsule on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury in rabbits. Methods: GSH-PX and H2O2 were used as indicators to observe the rabbit serum. RESULTS: Compound Rose Capsule had a significant effect on the elevation of serum GSH-PX and H2O2 in rabbits with myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury (P<0.01). Conclusion: Compound Rose Capsule has protective effect on myocardial ischemia-reperfusion injury through the effect of GSH-PX and H2O2 content.
