补肾健脾活血方药对老年骨质疏松大鼠血清白细胞介素6的影响(英文)

背景:近年来,细胞因子在骨质疏松中的作用备受关注,尤其血清白细胞介素6(IL-6)被认为是调节骨吸收的重要因子。目的:观察实验性老年骨质疏松大鼠灌服补肾健脾活血方药后骨密度(BMD)和血清IL-6的变化。设计:以实验动物为研究对象的随机对照研究。单位:解放军白求恩国际和平医院干部病房二科和一所中医学院的养生康复教研室。材料:本实验于2003-05/2003-08在湖北中医学院实验动物中心完成,实验动物为30只Wistar大鼠,15月龄,雌雄各15只,购自华中科技大学同济医学院实验动物中心。方法:将30只大鼠采用先分层再随机排列表法分为3组,即正常对照组、病理对照组、补肾健脾活血组。用地塞米松2.5mg/kg体质量肌注大鼠、2次/周,连续6周,复制老年骨质疏松模型。正常对照组和病理对照组灌服生理盐水,补肾健脾活血组灌服补肾健脾活血方药。6周后用摘眼球法采血,离心取血清,采血后各组大鼠均离断右后肢完整取出右股骨。用排开丙酮法测各组BMD,用放免法测各组血清IL-6。主要观察指标:BMD和血清IL-6水平。结果:病理对照组的BMD明显低于正常对照组(P<0.01),血清IL-6水平明显高于正常对照组(P<0.01);补肾健脾活血组的BMD明显高于病理对照组(P<0.01),血清IL-6水平明显低于病理对照组(P<0.01)。结论:补肾健脾活血方药可减少IL Background: In recent years, the role of cytokines in osteoporosis has attracted much attention. In particular, serum interleukin 6 (IL-6) is considered to be an important factor in regulating bone resorption. OBJECTIVE: To observe the changes of bone mineral density (BMD) and serum IL-6 in experimental elderly osteoporosis rats after orally administering Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Recipe. Design: A randomized controlled study of experimental animals. Unit: Second Division, Cadre Ward, Bethune International Peace Hospital, People’s Liberation Army, and Health and Rehabilitation Research Section of a Chinese Medical College. MATERIALS: This experiment was performed at the Experimental Animal Center of Hubei College of Traditional Chinese Medicine from May 2003 to August 2003. The experimental animals consisted of 30 Wistar rats, 15 months of age, 15 males and 15 females, purchased from the Experimental Animal Center of Tongji Medical College, Huazhong University of Science and Technology. . Methods: Thirty rats were divided into three groups according to the method of stratification followed by random row-listing: normal control group, pathological control group, Bushen Jianpi Huoxue group. Dexamethasone 2.5 mg/kg body weight was intramuscularly injected to rats twice a week for 6 weeks to replicate the senile osteoporosis model. The normal control group and the pathological control group were given normal saline, and the Bushen Jianpi Huoxue group was given ibublemic and spleen-activating blood prescriptions. Six weeks later, the blood was collected by eye-picking method. Serum was collected by centrifugation. After the blood was collected, the right femur was completely removed from the right hind limb. The BMD of each group was measured by the method of dissolving acetone, and serum IL-6 was measured by radioimmunoassay. MAIN OUTCOME MEASURES: BMD and serum IL-6 levels. Results: The BMD in the pathological control group was significantly lower than that in the normal control group (P<0.01). The serum IL-6 level was significantly higher than that in the normal control group (P<0.01). The BMD in the Bushen Jianpi Huoxue group was significantly higher than the pathological control group ( P <0.01), serum IL-6 levels were significantly lower than the pathological control group (P <0.01). Conclusion: Bushen Jianpi Huoxue Recipe can reduce IL
