现如今,在官僚制组织庞大的规模下,如何将组织成员更为有效地凝聚起来成为众多学者越来越关注的问题。组织信任作为联系组织的新形式,犹如粘合剂,将组织成员凝聚在一起,从而提高组织运作效率,节约组织运作成本。
Nowadays, under the huge scale of the bureaucracy, how to unite the members of the organization more effectively becomes a problem that many scholars pay more and more attention to. Organizational trust, as a new form of affiliation, acts as a glue that brings together members of the organization to increase the operational efficiency of the organization and save the organization’s operating costs.
