一、建立社会主义市场经济,形成我国经济整体高速发展的激励机制激励机制是一种社会经济体制所具有的激发社会经济发展动力的结构和功能。但并不是所有的经济体制都具有激励机制,有些体制,如我国传统的计划经济体制就缺乏激励机制。怎样使我国经济整体发展充满生机活力,或怎样激发我国经济发展的动力?这就需要变计划经济为市场经济。只有建立社会主义市场经济才能形成经济整体高速发展的激励机制。市场经济是一种由市场供求关系和价格变动进行调节的商品经济。它是按价值规律运行的经济模式。在价值规律的作用

The establishment of a socialist market economy and the formation of an incentive mechanism for the rapid development of China’s economy as a whole is a structure and function of the socio-economic system that stimulates the economic development of society. However, not all economic systems have incentive mechanisms. Some systems, such as our traditional planned economic system, lack incentive mechanisms. How to make the overall development of China’s economy full of vitality, or how to stimulate China’s economic development of power? This requires the transformation of planned economy into a market economy. Only by establishing a socialist market economy can we form an incentive mechanism for the overall rapid development of the economy. The market economy is a commodity economy that is regulated by market supply and demand and price changes. It is an economic model that operates according to the law of value.
